Follow these steps to capture and download an HAR file using Google Chrome:
1. Open Google Chrome
Ensure you have Google Chrome installed and open the browser.
2. Navigate to the Page You Want to Inspect
Go to the specific page on your website or platform where you’re experiencing an issue. It’s important to capture the HAR file while the issue is occurring.
3. Open Chrome Developer Tools

Ctrl + Shift + I(Windows/Linux) orCmd + Option + I(Mac), or -
Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect from the context menu.
4. Go to the "Network" Tab

In the Developer Tools panel, click on the Network tab at the top.
5. Start Recording Network Activity

Make sure the recording icon (a red circle in the top-left corner of the Network tab) is active. If it isn’t, click it to start recording.

Check the Preserve log checkbox to ensure all network requests are recorded, even if the page reloads.
6. Reload the Page

Allow the page to fully load so all network activity is captured.
7. Save the HAR File

Right-click anywhere in the Network tab and select Save all as HAR with Content.

Choose a location on your computer to save the file and click Save.
8. Share the HAR File
